You may cancel a request without charge before it is handed over for collection or sent for delivery by calling Paper Clip as soon as possible. For a confirmed order already prepared or dispatched, contact us immediately; any agreed cancellation, refund or delivery charge will be handled fairly under applicable Philippine consumer rules.
Payment is in cash at collection or delivery. Check the items promptly and contact us about any issue; unused items in original saleable condition may be returned, preferably within seven days, subject to lawful return, replacement or refund rights.
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Paper Clip is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. We are also not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where liability may lawfully be limited, it will not exceed the amount paid for the affected goods. This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it.
